Refund Policy
Returns
At resonavive, we ensure that all items are brand-new and free from defects. Each product meets the highest standards of quality and is sourced from trusted publishers and suppliers.
Our return policy allows for 14 days from the date of purchase. If more than 14 days have passed, we cannot provide a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- It must be returned in its original packaging.
Faulty Items
If you receive a defective product, please return the item in its entirety, including:
- All accessories, user manuals, and documentation.
- Original packaging, intact and undamaged (including cellophane wrapping).
To begin the return process:
- Email hello@resonavive.com with a description of the issue and attach photos or videos of the defect.
- Provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt.
Important Notes:
- Do not send items back to the manufacturer. We will guide you through the return process.
- Partial refunds may apply for items that:
- Are not in their original condition or are missing parts.
- Are returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds (if applicable):
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a specific timeframe.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to post.
- Contact your bank, as additional processing delays may occur.

Discounted Items (if applicable):
Refunds are only available for regular-priced items. Unfortunately, promotional or discounted items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same product, contact us at hello@resonavive.com.
Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total.
- Depending on your location, the time required for exchanged products to reach you may vary.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your return is received.
Note: No cash-on-delivery returns will be accepted.
Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase and receive a full refund (excluding return shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving the product. If the 14th day falls on a weekend or public holiday, the period is extended to the next business day.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Opened items that are non-returnable for hygiene or health reasons.
- Items inseparable from other products.
- Items not in their original condition or missing parts.
Cancellations
Cancellations can only be processed for orders that have not yet been shipped.
